| Customer Care Associate - French Customer Care Associate - French Opportunity We are seeking individuals with a positive and friendly personality to join our Customer Care Team. Reporting to the Team Leader – Customer Care, your duties and responsibilities will include: • Responding to all incoming calls using company computer and telephonic equipment. • Interacting with customers to obtain/convey information, make a sale or capture information correctly. • Inputting information into a computer system while speaking on the phone. • Appropriately responding to questions according to inquiries. • Maintaining standards of call volume productivity and other project goals per company expectations. • Tactfully handling confrontational or stressful interactions with the customers. • Accurately and reliably completing supporting paperwork, as required. • Participating in training to maintain a high level of product knowledge. • Regularly and reliably reporting for and completing entire shifts as scheduled.
