BILINGUAL PRODUCT ANALYST Job Description The Bilingual Product Analyst is assigned to a design team that develops Business Requirements for new product functionality. You will be actively involved with the product throughout all stages of the life cycle (conception, definition, development, release and post-release activities). The position requires extensive interaction with the existing client base, prospects, industry contacts, user groups, and internal clients (i.e.: Support, Sales, Training, etc.). With experience, the Product Analyst will become more independent in researching issues and providing solutions to enhancement requests. Required Skills • Fluency in English and French communication, both written and verbal. • Project and goal oriented with attention to detail • Strong organizational skills. • Independent, reliable, and a self-starter. • Effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. • Must possess a strong work ethic. • Ability to think ''outside the box'' to achieve solutions. • Must be approachable, possess a positive attitude, and be readily accepting of change. • Basic computer knowledge is required. • Working knowledge of the Microsoft® Office suite of products desired. • Insurance industry experience/Familiarity with Applied Systems Products preferred.
