| Bilingual Product Instructor Job Description: The Bilingual Associate Product Instructor is responsible for conducting basic instruction for customers regarding features and operations of our products. Prepares and verifies quality of basic training materials. Performs planning and system training for typical Property & Casualty organizations. Le formateur bilingue est responsable de diriger des séances de formation de niveau élémentaire pour les clients, relatives aux fonctions et à l'exploitation de nos produits. Il doit également préparer et vérifier la qualité du matériel de la formation de base, et effectuer des sessions de planification et de formation relatives au système pour les sociétés d'assurances générales. Required Skills: Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing multiple projects. 1-2 year(s) working for, or providing support to, a property and casualty insurance agency Ability to meet travel requirements of role up to 40%, including travel to the United States and the Caribbean Previous TAM system training experience an asset. Minimum of 18 months computer experience, including competency in MS Office and the Internet. Facilité en français et en anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. Expérience manifeste dans la gestion et l'organisation par ordre de priorité les projets multiples. 1 à 2 années d'expérience de travail pour, ou à offrir le soutien à, un cabinet d'assurance générale. Capacité de répondre aux exigences de voyage du poste jusqu'à 40%, y compris les voyages aux États-Unis et aux Caraïbes. Une expérience précédente de formation relative au système TAM est un atout. Au moins 18 mois d'expérience en informatique, y compris des compétences en MS Office et Internet. | |
