Customer Service / Logisitcs Representative

The Customer Service / Logistics Representative will oversee Inbound and Outbound Traffic of materials, ensuring the operation is flowing and schedules are maintained. Specific responsibilities are:

•Lead, coordinate and ensure shipping processes and procedures are followed by internal personnel
•Monitor customer routing and compliance guides weekly
•Communicate and document all routing and compliance requirements or changes in requirements to appropriate internal personnel and 3PL contacts
•Maintain accurate shipping records, forms and related documentation for both internal and external requirements
•Responsible for coordination with transport companies for pick ups and deliveries
•Communicate and report shipment and receipt information to customers
•Ensure accurate inbound and outbound counts and information is captured on documentation

To be successful the candidate must have:

•Minimum 2 - 5 years experience
•Knowledge of various ERP or MRP Software Systems such as SAP – Epicor – Oracle - Dymnamics – AS400 - Sage – Pack Dymnamics – AS400 - Sage – Pack Manager. Also Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point, etc. and understanding of Network Server environment
•Previous CSR and Traffic/Supply chain experience
•Previous order entry experience
