| 310J Licensed - Trailer Mechanic We are looking for Licensed Trailer Mechanics to join our fleet maintenance team in our Mississauga terminal. Two (2) full-time positions available. This position is responsible for accomplishing mechanical maintence and repairs on trailers, including break/air/electrical systems, welding and other body repairs; and to teach and guide our Trailer Mechanic Apprentices. Robert Offers: - newly updated, highly competitive salary $$$; - shift premuims, tool allowances, benefits and RRSP programs; - A modernized 17,000 sq. ft. heated facility, equipped with new tools & technology, including hydraulic lifts, two service pits, on-site stock room and indoor wash bay. Shift Hours Available: - Midnights – Monday thru Friday / 9:00 pm - 6:30 am (full time) - Afternoons – Monday thru Friday / 3:00 pm - 12:30 am (full time) Qualifications Required: - Valid 310J license, plus 1-2 years of hands-on Trailer technical experience; - Working knowledge of ministry regulations; - Have own tool box (basic); - Strong problem solving skills; - Professional service attitude; - Able to work without supervision; - Willing and able to teach the trade to others; and - Must enjoy working as part of a dedicated team.
