Job Duties:

• Answering member enquiries regarding services and products via phone and email
• Building positive relationships and improving customer retention
• Continually working to improve the Member Service Department
• Other random projects as assigned

• Strong initiative and motivation
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• Comfortable with computer applications such as MS Office
