Bilingual (French/English) Customer Care Associate Fluency in English and French is a requirement. The Customer Care Associate is the primary front line point of contact for customers who contact the MasterCard Customer Service division via telephone or fax. •Assist customers with requests and inquiries regarding their credit card account and related fees, policies etc •Maximizes service opportunities with each customer by meeting and exceeding customer expectations as well as proactive retention •Provides exemplary customer service in every call •Supports the customer service effort by meeting specific individual and departmental service objectives •Maintains knowledge of multiple products, services and procedures and provides information, advice and direction to customers based on this information •As appropriate and as trained, will assist with overflow call volumes in other areas •Ability to deal with people at all levels in a professional manner under all circumstances •Clear and concise telephone communication skills •Inbound call center sales/service experience or retail sales experience •Ability to work independently within a team environment •Flexibility to work shifts as assigned within an extended hour operation •Well developed "active listening" skills - strong PC skills •High concentration/energy levels with ability to multi-task •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French fluency an asset) •Strong keyboarding skills Hours of Operation •Employees are provided with a weekly schedule (no variation from week to week) •Business Hours are 7 days a week from 7am to 11pm Compensation and Benefits •Competitive salary + language premium, + shift premium for afternoon and weekend shifts for those who qualify •Competitive Health Benefit Plan •Excellent Pension Plan •Tuition Assistance Programs •Paid Time off: Vacation, Volunteer Day, Personal Days •Ongoing Learning and Professional Development •Brand New Facility located 5900 Hurontario Street (Hurontario/Britannia Rd West) •Opportunities for Advancement •Referral Incentives up to $2000.00 •On site subsidized gym •Free parking •On site subsidized cafeteria All successful candidates are required to pass a variety of background checks including criminal, education and references.
