| Bilingual (French/English) Collector Level 2 Collector (level 2) Late Stage - Full Time Bilingual French/English •Responsible for the timely and effective handling of all Consumer late stage outbound English and French customer calls. •Foster and promote a team environment •Gain a clear understanding of the reason for the arrears, negotiate and select the most appropriate collection techniques to remedy the delinquency. •Ability to manage difficult customer situations. •Maintain accurate and concise account documentation to reflect existing policies and procedures. •Special projects and other tasks as required. •Advanced knowledge of collections procedures and policies as well as skip tracing methods. •Detail oriented and able to multi-task •Possess strong risk assessment skills. •Building/enhancing a strong rapport with customers.
