Inside Sales Representative Dedicated in improving business performance, The Createch Group, a Bell Canada company, is a Canadian leader in supply chain optimization. Job duties/accountabilities: • Outbound tela prospecting • Explain products or services and answer questions from prospects • Obtain customer information and enter into a database • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific companies • Generate leads for Createch’s various business units • Reinforce specific marketing initiatives such as special events or seminars with follow-up calls • Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as databases, the internet, purchased lists and from relevant organizations or associations • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through marketing campaigns • Schedule appointments for business unit representatives to meet with prospective customers • Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers Essentials skills /competencies • Undergraduate university diploma in business administration or any diploma considered equivalent; • Possess at least 1-3 years of relevant experience working in a Marketing capacity, preferably in a business technology environment; • Previous experience with selling ERP (enterprise resource planning software solutions; • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Sales Force Automization Tool (ie…salesforce.com, maximizer) • Proficient Web Searching Skills • Results oriented and highly motivated • Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills • Time management • Good understanding of business fundamentals • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask • Excellent oral and written communication skills Working conditions: The Createch Group offers competitive salaries and equal opportunities for all.
