| Data Maintenance Coordinator Job Title: Data Maintenance Coordinator Location: Oakville Supervisor’s Title: Distribution Manager Job Summary Responsible for the data maintenance of customers and items. Will work with each Distribution Manager directly on a priority list of accounts to evaluate the customer item master, check for any discrepancies or inaccuracies, and update the item master as required. Specific Duties 1. Looks at each item in the item master and evaluates the format and contents of the item which includes: a. Units of measure b. Weight c. Dimensions d. UPC’s e. Customer and product text description 2. Ensures that mandatory fields have been verified and updated with accurate information. 3. Performs other duties as required. Required Skills • Pheonix Warehouse Management System o Item Master and Customer Master Setup and Maintenance o Item Master Report o Customer Master Report o Ship-to Master Report o Warehouse Details Report (for purpose of Data Scrub project) • Radio Beacon RFID technology (Item setup and maintenance; understanding data flow between Pheonix and Radio Beacon • SBT & ACCPAC systems for contract pricing • Strong understanding of Excel and EDI • Knowledge of the principles of Inventory Control | |
