Customer Service/Administrative Support Associate Merlan Scientific, a leading distributor of Science, Engineering and Technology education products for over 35 years, is currently searching for an experienced Customer Service/Administrative Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for order entry, customer service and administrative support to all departments. Primary Responsibilities: Our Administrative Support Associate has primary responsibility in several key areas that are required for the successful completion of Merlan Business. •Shipping & Receiving Duties •Warranty/Repair/Product Replacement Duties, •Workshops & tradeshow registration •Order Entry/Customer Service Duties •Office Administrative Duties •Back up and Support for other Office Personnel Requirements: •Minimum 2 years related experience (required) •High school diploma •Excellent computer skills including (All Microsoft Office products) •An ability to quickly and independently learn various software programs. •Good communication, interpersonal, & organizational skills •Ability to work both independently and collaboratively •Ability to multi-task, manage time, operate well under pressure and meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail If you are qualified for this role and think it would be a good fit for you, please email your resume or fax 1-800-374-6714.
