| Software Developer Trainee - [Java, SQL, XML] Requisites: * University or college graduation in a related discipline (i.e. computer science, computer engineering, etc). * Knowledge and experience in Java, SQL (especially in DB2 would be an advantage) & XML. This could involve significant academic project experience or industry experience. * Willingness to follow standards without deviation (including JUnit). * Experience with test driven development, Eclipse & UML modeling (especially Rational Rose and / or Enterprise Architect) would be an asset. * Willingness to escalate problems where appropriate & should be an active Team Player. * Excellent Communication in English is a must as the role involves interactions with large teams.
