Our expanding and multi-site company is looking for an enthusiastic Experienced Window Sales Representative with strong sales skills. An understanding of principles related to residential and commercial homes and superior knowledge of windows is required, with an interest in home renovation and design. This is a varied position that offers long term growth with commencement as soon as possible. MSW Eurowindows is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to help this company and your professional growth. MUST be interested in adding or taking on European Style tilt & Turn window line- Exclusive territory. The key duties and responsibilities are to support senior managers, support staff and sales staff with new development initiatives. Salary Range: Based on Commission & Competitive Position Description: The Experienced Window Sales Representative will work with senior management and home planners to achieve the project objectives. Consideration will be given to candidates who have: * an understanding and commitment to the principles of window sales; * experience in working with windows- European; * experience and commitment to working with office 2007, excel, power point and other administrative software; * experience in sales is a MUST; * excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; * demonstrated ability to build consensus while moving forward; * demonstrated strong group facilitation and public speaking skills; * excellent writing skills and ability to produce documents; and * willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends able to work independently is a MUST; and represent MSW Eurowindows in various capacities as required. Essential skills include: reading text, numeracy, writing, oral communication, problem solving, critical thinking skills, planning and organizing, and significant use of memory.
