BeneFACT is an established dynamic company with multiple locations across Canada. We are a team of Financial and Technology experts focused on helping innovative and R&D oriented Canadian businesses maximize SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) tax credit refunds.

THE OPPORTUNITY: BeneFACT Consulting Group is actively seeking a new Client Accounts Manager. This position is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and development of client service quality controls and communication. Reporting to the Director of Client Services, the Client Accounts Manager ensures exceptional delivery standards are being met and that a timely response is being provided to our client companies. This individual is also responsible for identifying and renewing client service agreements (client retention) and identifying obstacles and opportunities for improvement in our service delivery model.
This role requires daily contact with clients to arrange service delivery, provide status updates & acquire feedback . Consistent and detailed documentation of client services rendered & client communication
Implementing and administering new ways of surveying clients and assessing satisfaction. Evaluating, coordinating and leveraging internal resources to meet client service delivery objectives with accuracy, efficiency and excellence.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
Outstanding communication skills, assertive and goal-oriented. Self-motivated and focused. Able to influence others similarly.
5+ years of experience in the professional services or consulting arena
Prior internal sales or customer service management, and professional services or consulting environment is a must.
Demonstrated project management skills and experience
Demonstrated client satisfaction and service coordination experience
Highly developed multi-tasking, communication (written & verbal) organizational and time management skills
Highly adept with Microsoft Office
University or College degree in Business Administration or related area
