| Associate Customer Technology Analyst We are currently seeking Associate Customer Technology Analyst to join a friendly environment in Mississauga location to maintain relationships with the internal and/or external customers on Customer Technology Systems. Duties / Responsibilities: •Provides technical and functional expertise to internal and/or external customers on Customer Technology Systems. Provide hardware/software operational diagnostic support and assist with smooth implementation of customer automation solutions. •Provides resolution for Customer Technology Systems problems/queries to Internal and/or External customers. •Consults with Corporate systems development, testing & support departments to research and validate problems/queries that arise from internal and external customers. •Utilizes corporate remote takeover tools to diagnose and resolve customer automation issues, retrieve files or to re-configure device settings as required. •Assists Customer Technology analysts with delta testing new and existing technologies and services, on standalone and networked systems, before deployment to external customers. •Maintains a good working knowledge of hardware/software that is to be supported. •Assists field services and management to plan and rollout software updates, carrying new features and enhancements, to customer automation devices. •Reviews and updates knowledge base and other documentation with latest description of automation services/features. Completes all appropriate administrative documentation such as entering, updating, prioritizing & closing trouble tickets. •Provides summary reports to management as required. Trains the helpdesk vendor and external customers on automation software features. Provides other miscellaneous support to customers as required. •Conducts customer site visits if and when needed. Requirements: Qualifications and Skills: Over 2 years experience in telephone oriented customer support. Experience handling business software applications e.g. Shipping Systems, Order management systems, ERP etc. Demonstrated knowledge of Operating Systems, PC Hardware & Networking. Basic level - MS Office . Co operation - being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude . Reliability - being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Service Orientation - being sensitive to others' needs and being understanding and helpful on the job. Self Control - maintaining composure, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations. Good oral and written communication skills. Excellent Customer Service skills. Tech support, assisting clients with computer troubleshooting the product software. Ability to work under pressure. Education: Bachelor's degree is an asset A+ certification an asset Preferred Knowledge of VB Programming and Database Management is preferable Interested applicants please e-mail your detailed resume asap!! | |
