COMPANY PROFILE:
Our client is the world’s leading manufacturer of hydronic and electric radiant heating products. We are searching for a professional Marketing Communication Manager for our North American division based in Mississauga. In this role you will work closely with product management, sales, customer service and external agencies to define and execute the marketing communication plan. This position reports to the Vice-President of the Heating Division.

BENEFITS:

Salary is $70,000 to $80,000

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
 
Define the communication and promotion strategy for the North American Heating Division.
Develop marketing programs, events and campaigns utilizing advertising, promotions, company web sites, newsletters, direct mail/email, tradeshows, special events, public relations, etc., as applicable.
Coordinate PR campaign by writing and distributing press releases, setting up interviews of key company personnel and enhancing the company's overall image.
Create sales collateral and sales tools targeted to specific buyers/markets, as appropriate. Update and revise to include new products, product updates and product enhancements.
Train the sales team on best of collateral and sales tools to effectively communicate competitive advantages and key value propositions. 
Keep abreast of industry trends, gather and disseminate industry expert opinion and quantitative market data as it relates to the products and market segments.
Occasional travel in the US and Canada required.  

REQUIREMENTS:

Undergraduate degree in business/marketing is required.
Minimum of 5-10 years marketing communication experience required.
Must be proficient in drawing and layout programs (ie., Adobe, Corel).
Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, writing, presentations, and telephone.
Experience in project management, event planning, and public relations.
Previous experience in B-to-B marketing products to Wholesale channels desirable.
