BENEFITS:

Mississauga (Toronto), Ontario

RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Calculation and posting in general ledger of monthly sales commissions incentives
Preparation of monthly cheques
Calculation of adjustments when required 
Correspondence by email with Area Managers and sales staff
Investigation and resolution of sales staff inquires
Perform general clerical duties associated with payments of commissions and incentives
Filing
Various other duties as required


REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent organizational skills
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (a must)
Ability to work independently and greatest attention to details
Computer literacy
One to three years clerical experience in an accounting environment
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
Understanding of debits and credits
